I was really impressed with this company. First off, I was going to go with a competitor, however, I noticed their lower prices and also how adamant they were about Customer Service. I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. I have had a poor experience prior to this experience with another company where I felt really pressured and didn't connect with the movers. Prime set me up with a truck that was big enough and three movers, and each of them were so intuitive with where to put my things. They were careful and delicate with my fragile items, and so helpful with the process. They also were upfront and frugal with their time, and did not take advantage of the hourly rate. The assembled some of my furniture without me even asking, which was so generous. When it was time to pay them, I gave them the highest tip amount possible. This move was a very emotional one for me as it also included taking some of my deceased grandmother's belongings, and they were so patient and understanding with me.

I'm not exaggerating when I say these guys are fast. I purchased several appliances through Facebook Marketplace, and the seller insisted they be picked up immediately or he would sell them to another buyer who already had movers lined up. I reached out to Prime Moving on Sunday night around 8:30 p.m., and by 11:00 a.m. Monday morning, they were already on the road to the pickup location. That kind of responsiveness is rare. Darren and Ulan were absolutely outstanding--professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They committed to completing the job within 3.5 hours and delivered exactly as promised. Their pricing was the most reasonable I found, with no hidden fees, and they even waived additional charges for heavy items, which I truly appreciated. I will absolutely be using Prime Moving again. Huge thanks to Darren, Ulan, and the entire Prime Moving team for such excellent service.

​I had a fantastic experience with Bob’s crew at Prime Moving during my move from Glendale to Sherman Oaks on 1/28/2026. The team arrived exactly on time and managed to move my entire 1,500 sq. ft. apartment in just about 7 hours. While we had most of our belongings pre-packed, the crew took exceptional care of every item, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. Their pricing was very reasonable for the level of efficiency and professionalism they provided. I would absolutely recommend Bob’s crew and Prime Moving to anyone looking for a stress-free move and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Overall, I had a good experience with this moving company. The movers were nice, but my one-bedroom apartment was more involved than expected, it could have taken 5+ hours with the 2 movers. There was a bit of miscommunication at the start, when they began packing smaller items into large boxes without much direction, when my main priority was getting larger furniture that I couldn't handle on my own. Once things were clarified, it went more smoothly. They were professional, put in solid work, and honestly deserved a bigger tip for their efforts.

They moved our entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house from South Corona to San Diego with ease and professionalism. Their friendly demeanor and accommodating nature took all the stress out of moving. This is the second time I’ve used this company. The owner is extremely responsive, communicative, and always quick to pick up the phone, which made coordination leading up to the move easy. I moved from a 1,900 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house and split the move into two days. On day one, the team packed the house in about 6 hours. On day two, they moved and unloaded in 11.25 hours.

I called PrimeMoving at 2pm and spoke to a very friendly operator who setup the appointment. Movers arrived at my door within ONE hour. He appearance and equipment were excellent. Guys was very friendly knowledgeable and quickly helped with my moving. There rates are very reasonable and I was very impressed with Prime Moving.

Mike and Tim were great movers super fast and very careful. Didn’t hit a wall door frame or anything with the furniture Or boxes. I had a couple items that weren’t being taken with us so they moved them to the trash for me. Very affordable, pricing and fast moving would definitely recommend to anyone looking for movers.
